Add-on Enhancements

Cupping is an alternative form of healing the body. It involves applying a plastic, or silicone cup to the skin and creating a vacuum inside using heat, a squeezable bulb, or a suction gun. This pulls up the fascia and can help tension, inflammation, lymph drainage, and pain relief. Available upon request (massage only)

This handcrafted blend of coconut, kukui, and macadamia nut oils (nut free also available), vitamin E, and mango butter will take you away to the islands. These oil blends are warmed, then gently massaged into your scalp. Then a massage of your neck, and shoulders, followed by steam, hot towels and aromatherapy to end your session. This treatment will leave your hair luxuriously soft and smelling decadent. 

Warm basalt stones are used to help with muscle tension, inflammation, and relaxation. These will be incorporated through out your massage. 

(Hot stones are only available Fall through Spring)

A  fragrant scrub is first applied, followed by a gentle massage with hot stones. Perfect for tired, achey feet.
