Policies

All NEW clients will have to pay a deposit of $20 which will go towards the service. This was implemented due to having too many no-shows.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Clients who cancel right before or no-show will be charged 100% of the service fee.

When booking, you will receive links for intake forms for services you have. Please fill all of these out before your appointment, they are very important. Forms must be updated at least every 6 months.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you think you will be late please call or text me at 907-802-0494. Do not contact me on social media because I won't see it.

I can be very understanding for certain events, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. If, for some reason you are unable to make it to your appointment such as being sick, or a family emergency, please text or call me and we can work something out.

I will no longer be accepting appointments if you book for someone other than yourself. This does me a disservice when I know nothing about the person coming in. If you want to treat someone to a service, please buy them a gift certificate, or tell them you are booking them a service and use their information, including their name, address, email, phone number, etc. They will also need to fill out their own intake forms.

I love children, but my studio is not the place for kids. Please arrange to have childcare so you can relax and enjoy your services.

I do not accept gift cards from Square, Gift Card Cafe, or Simply Book. These are from old software I no longer use and have expired by now.

All Gloss Genius gift cards and paper gift cards expire a year from purchase.. If you have received a paper gift certificate, book your service like you normally would and discounts will be applied at checkout. If a deposit is required, it can be used as a a tip or discount on a future appointment.

I do offer services for children 12+, but they must be accompanied to their appointment by their parent or caregiver. 16+ may come to their appointments without parental supervision.

I do sometimes offer services for 2 people at a times like couples, friends, and children and their parent. It ,just depends on the circumstances. Please note that the appointments would be one after another and not at the same time. If you are interested in something like this, please text me or send a message and we can arrange something.

Lastly, I believe that everyone should be treated with the utmost kindness, and respect. No matter skin tone, sexual identity, sexual preference, political or religious beliefs.
