When booking, you will receive questions from Gloss Genius. Please fill those out. Waivers from Jotform must also be filled out before your appointment or your appointment won't be accepted. Find them here https://seabreezebeauty.co/forms

Sea Breeze Beauty utilizes Gloss Genius for all bookings. I do not book new client appointments through calls, texts or emails (this includes gift card appointments). The software is quite literally my secretary.

All new clients are required to pay a deposit of $20 which will go towards the service.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Clients who cancel last minute or no-show will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you think you will be late please call or text me at 907-802-0494. Do not contact me on social media because I won't see it.

I can be very understanding for certain events, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. If, for some reason you are unable to make it to your appointment such as being sick, or a family emergency, please text or call me and we can work something out.

PLEASE - If you want to treat someone to a service, buy them a gift certificate, or tell them you are booking them a service and use their information, including their name, address, email, phone number, etc. They will also need to fill out their own intake forms.

I love kids, but my studio is not the place for small children. Please arrange to have childcare so you can relax and enjoy your services. I do offer services for children 12+, but they must be accompanied to their appointment by their parent or caregiver. 16+ may come to their appointments without parental supervision.

I do not accept gift cards from Square, Gift Card Cafe, or Simply Book. These are from old software I no longer use.

If you have received an older paper gift certificate, you may book your service like you normally would and discounts will be applied at checkout. Deposits can be used on a future service if you would like or retail.

Gratituity is no longer accepted since services are more inclusive

I sometimes offer services for 2 people at a times like couples, friends, and children and their parent. It ,just depends on the circumstances. Please note that the appointments would be one after another and not at the same time. If you are interested in something like this, please text or email me and we can arrange something.

Lastly, I believe that everyone should be treated with the utmost kindness, and respect. No matter skin tone, sexual identity, sexual preference, political or religious beliefs. All are welcome here at Sea Breeze Beauty. You will never be turned away. The world needs more kindness, empathy, and love.
