Policies

You will receive intake forms for any services you have. Please fill these out before your appointment. At your appointment we will go over everything, but it's helpful for me to know some facts about you before our session begins (such as medical information, skin type, etc...)

Please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time. This will ensure we have time to talk about intake forms and for you to go to the bathroom if needed. If you think you will be late please call or text me at 907-802-0494. Do not contact me on social media.

I can be very understanding for certain events, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. If, for some reason you are unable to make it to your appointment such as being sick, or a family emergency, please call me and we can work something out. If you no show/cancel, I will be charging you 100% of the service.

To book an appointment new clients will be asked for for a $20 deposit. This is only to hold your card on file and it will go towards the appointment you book. You also have the option of paying for your appointment in full. If you pay for your appointment and need to cancel before 48 hours, it can be refunded if you choose not to reschedule.

Existing clients will be asked to place a card on file. They also have the option of paying in full for their service.

Please turn off or mute your cell phone during services.

I love children, but my studio is not the place for kids. Please arrange to have childcare so you can relax and enjoy your services.

All gift certificates expire a year from purchase, regardless of what expiration date may be on them. Please let the gift certificate recipient know of this change.

I offer services for children 12+, but they must be accompanied to their appointment by their parent or caregiver. 16+ can come to their appointments without parental supervision.

I will no longer be accepting appointments if you book for someone other than yourself. This does me a disservice when I know nothing about the person coming in. If you want to treat someone to a service, please buy them a gift certificate. Parents who are treating their kids (12+ only) are an exception. But, please fill out their information in the intake forms.

Lastly, I believe that everyone should be treated with the utmost kindness, and respect. No matter skin tone, sexual identity, sexual preference, political or religious beliefs. All are welcome here at Sea Breeze Beauty. You will never be turned away. The world needs more kindness, empathy, and love.
